I was feeling ambitious this morning!
I got up at 6 and biked for half an hour before work. So nice. Except for the large trucks that kept blowing exhaust in my face. They usually are still in bed on Sundays.
After I got home I was famished yo!
So I mixed up this pretty:
- PB Puffins
- TJ’s honey greek yogurt
- TJ’s 72% chocolate
With a side of green monster:
In the Green Monster:
- 1 frozen naner
- almond milk
You may have noticed I’ve been omitting the whey protein from my GM’s lately. I figure I don’t need it with the yogurt parfait and I’m right (as always!) This combo keeps me full until lunch every time!
I felt veggieish for lunch.

In a wrap with LC cheese
I’ll eat veggies any way I please!
Around 3 I discovered Mr. Snacky flexing at my desk:
WTF!?!?! He’s so darn cute…makes him hard to eat!
And now boys and girls, Whitney is going to the beach for the weekend.
Cue some Sunny Ledfurd. Windows down.
Don’t worry, my cooler is packed with lots of good snackies and lunchies, and I will have lots of pics to share come Monday!
