Upon waking up around eight I consumed a cupcake and a brownie for breakfast, can you say carb overload? After church I added another cupcake to that count as well as a large lunch. I was inspired by a guy at work; he and his wife did the program a few years ago and looked amazing! So I figured if they can do it so can I. Here I am on Day 52, and no, I do not look amazing yet. I am much stronger though and I am having fun doing it. I am more committed to my diet and the work out is relatively simple. I am looking forward to seeing where I am on Day 84…dare I say I hope it’s amazing???
